Interview
Why did you decide to start designing tees?Wotto: Because Threadless printed one of the first tees I ever designed and I thought why not keep going? So I owe a lot of my success to the guys over there.
Where do you get your inspiration?
Wotto: Everywhere and anywhere, ideas and inspiration comes to me in the oddest of places. Also, other artists ranging from contemporary to the old masters.
How quick of a designer are you?
Wotto: Very, if the client has a clear direction and knows my style.
What is your favorite blog?
Wotto: I don't really have a favorite blog, but I frequent the Threadless blog daily and of course the mighty emptees blog, which is full of great guys and gals in the industry. Where do you buy your t-shirts?
Wotto: Teefury, DBH, Threadless, DeKay, Stussy, JohnnyCupcakes and Linty Fresh.
Favorite movie of all time?
Wotto: Mmmmm hard one, I love any movie that centers around strong visual elements.
